The Redwoods!

California here I come!! 

Its the Pacific!! 

I finally made it to the Redwoods! It only took, what? 3 months?? :) I can't wait to see those giant trees!

And of course there was the fog.  Northern California seems to have the same weather as Seattle and Portland...lets hope it gets better the farther south I go!

Driving along the coast in the Redwoods National Park. I stopped in Crecent City, just north of the hostel for food and such since I'll be staying in the only 'hotel' located within the park. 

Redwoods Hostel, it was perfect!!! I ended up staying 2 nights...kinda wish I stayed for a few more. I met so many great people from all over the world form Ireland to Hong Kong, even a young couple biking from Seattle to San diego in 2 months! It was such a peaceful place, without internet or cell phone service it was the perfect escape! I started writing more too!

This was the view from my room, I could hear the ocean all night! It was fabulous :)

Tomorrow its off to find some giant redwoods!
